Aspiring Mentees
How We Stand Out:
- A dedicated team of young, motivated staff who understand today's youth and their challenges.
- Engaging sports programs and teams.
- Youth recognition dinners and events.
How to become a mentee in the New B.O.Y Program:
1. Community-Based Referral
- If you or someone you know is referred to our program by a parent, guardian, family member, or friend, you can join.
- There's a registration fee of $25 per year, which grants access to our Wednesday group sessions from 6:15 PM to 9 PM.
- Please note that community referrals do not receive a 1:1 Life Coach, and transportation is not provided.
2. State-Sponsored Referral
- If you're referred through a state agency or court order, such as the Department of Child Services, we provide comprehensive mentoring support.
- You'll have a dedicated 1:1 Life Coach who engages in weekly New B.O.Y. activities, nights, and communication with the child's treatment team.
Parent Orientation:
We conduct Parent Orientation sessions at 6:30 PM before our Wednesday night sessions at Indianapolis Metropolitan High School (1635 W. Michigan St).
During orientation, you can learn more about our program firsthand and how your child can benefit from our services.
