For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise noted, all references to New Breed of Youth Mentoring Program include Newbreedofyouth.org and New B.O.Y.. The New B.O.Y. website is a Youth and Family Mentoring and Social Services site. By using the New B.O.Y. website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, New B.O.Y. may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

New B.O.Y. collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. New B.O.Y. collects this information for the following reason(s): For purposes of registering the youth into the New B.O.Y. mentoring program..
We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our website. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
