Protecting your private information is our priority. Our Terms & Conditions apply to  Newbreedofyouth.org, and New Breed of Youth Mentoring Program and governs data collection  and usage. For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise noted, all references to New  Breed of Youth Mentoring Program include Newbreedofyouth.org and New B.O.Y.. The New  B.O.Y. website is a Youth and Family Mentoring and Social Services site. By using the New  B.O.Y. website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

New B.O.Y. collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.  New B.O.Y. collects this information for the following reason(s): For purposes of registering the  youth into the New B.O.Y. mentoring program..  

  

We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and  wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our website. If you are under the  age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If you are  a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using  the information provided at the end of this Statement of Privacy.

New B.O.Y. reserves the right to change this Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you  about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the  primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website,  and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or Services  available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Terms & Conditions; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
